Welcome to My Easy Suppers.

My Easy Suppers are cheap and easy to prepare. If I can do them (in an ordinary small kitchen, and being disabled) so can you. If, like many people, you're stuck for an idea, just have a look round this website, and you'll quickly get inspiration.

Why supper? Because most people need to have an evening meal. Unless you are very affluent, you are unlikely to have the time or means to prepare lunch.  Or maybe you’re at home, and have simply run out of ideas for your evening meal. Very easy to do. Supper, by he way, is what I call an evening meal. It's a bit of an old-fashioned word, but I like it!

I’ve picked up some amazing things in the reduced/clearance section: fresh sea bass fillets, curly kale, pigs livers, steak, lambs kidneys, burgers, asparagus, salmon, par-cooked roast potatoes. All ultra-cheap.

My suppers are very easy to prepare – forget chopping, peeling, mixing, and a lot of preparation. I don't have the inclination or time. Just whack it in the frying pan, saucepan or oven, or microwave, and you will have a fantastic meal in less than half an hour.

And they are made in a very ordinary, small, home kitchen - forget the smart stainless steel TV kitchens!

On this website, you'll see pictures of my suppers. So what? You may well ask, what’s different about My Easy Suppers? Lots of people on the web photograph their food.

Well, there’s a big difference with My Easy Suppers and the rest of them. Mine are really easy, cheap and easily do-able by anyone. In fact, everything on this website is made by me. No designers or food makeover  photographers have been used for anything; my food or my website.

My suppers look and taste brilliant. And they are ultra-affordable. I don’t use fancy, expensive ingredients.  98% of the ingredients are bought in my local supermarket, often from the reduced/clearance section.  It’s my very first stopping point when I go food shopping.
